Added “Note” Field and Column in TJM and JCM

This feature introduces a Note field and column in Zenople to improve visibility and efficiency during candidate review and selection. Users can now add notes while creating or editing a job candidate and view the latest note directly in directory grids without opening individual records.

Functionality

1. Feature Addition

  • New Note Fieldadded: 
    1. While editing a candidate in TJM.
  • New Note Columnadded in: 
    1. JCM Directory View
    2. TJM → Candidate Sub-Navigation
    3. ATS, NHO, EIS → Hiring Info → Job Candidate
    4. CMS → Job & Assignment → Job Candidate

2. Behavior

  • Users can enter notes when creating or editing a job candidate.
  • The Note column displays the latest note associated with the respective candidate in all relevant directories.
  • Only the most recent note is shown in the column.
