View Archived Jobs with "All" Toggle

This feature allows users to view both active and archived jobs simultaneously by toggling the "All" option. It provides a consolidated view in customer applications, Temp Job Management (TJM), and related temp job views, enhancing accessibility and reporting capabilities without sacrificing data integrity.

Functionality

  • When the "All" toggle is ON, the system displays both active and archived jobs in the customer application as well as in TJM and related temp job views.
  • When the toggle is OFF, only active jobs are shown; archived jobs are excluded.
  • Archived jobs retain their original statuses prior to archiving, reflecting their historical state.
  • Users cannot view or edit archived jobs:
    • Action buttons such as "Eye View" or "View Details" are disabled or hidden for archived jobs.
    • The Details around the navigations are accessible, however, when users prompt actions such as Add, Edit, Copy Job, or Update Status, the respective forms will be blank. 
  • The archival process operates independently from job status changes, with the exception that active jobs are never archived.
