The following are the common features for Sales Applications (LTS, SPM, NCO and CMS):

Organization Service Profile Exception Setup

A new exception stage titled “Add Edit Organization Service Profile” has been added in ATM> Exception navigation.

The exception stage shows exceptions while adding or editing organization service profiles.

An Warning exception has been added that alerts the users about when Transaction Template is Weekly and OT Plan has a daily limit in the Organization Service Profile setup.

The Exception is available in SPM. NCO and CMS. 

Auto-Sending Monthly Statements via Service Profile

This feature adds two new input fields under the Invoice Section of the customer's service profile to configure the automatic sending of monthly statements:

1. Monthly Statement To: A text input field for entering the recipient's email address, accepting only valid email formats.
2. Monthly Statement Send Date: A numeric input field for selecting the date to send the statement, restricted to values between 1 and 28.

With these configurations, the system will automatically send monthly statements to the specified email on the selected date from the same email profile that is used to send invoices to the client, eliminating the need for manual statement delivery. The system processes statement emails based on the day start time.
