Features added to Admin Tool Management (ATM)
Following are the features added to Admin Tool Management (ATM):
Flexibility to select tasks to be assigned to Job Candidates
A new option property named “JobCandidateTaskAssignment” has been added to office level to select the workflow that should be considered while assigning task to a job candidate. The option property has three option values available:
SN | Option Value | Description |
1. | Applicant | All the tasks setup at job candidate workflow will be assigned in JCM even if the entity is still applicant. |
2. | New Hire (Default) | All the tasks setup at job candidate workflow will be assigned in JCM even if the entity is new hire. |
3. | Applicant Only for Office Staff | All Office Staff tasks will be at the Applicant level while Person tasks will remain at the New Hire level. However, review tasks will also remain at the New Hire level. |
Enhanced filter search
The ATM grid column filter now includes a multi-select dropdown, allowing users to select multiple values at once for more efficient data filtering and analysis. The dropdown dynamically populates with values from the current page, ensuring relevant filtering options. Users can select multiple values without manual entry, and the system will display only the records matching any of the selected values. By default, no values are pre-selected, allowing users to define their filter criteria as needed.
