Feature Added To ATM

The following features have been added to Admin Tool Management (ATM):

Idle Customer Filter for 24-Month Range

The Idle Customer Tile is being enhanced to allow users to filter for idle customers within a 24-month range. This feature enables users to identify customers who have been inactive for up to two years, facilitating better customer relationship management and enabling timely follow-up actions.

MaxPayrollNet Option Property in UI

The MaxPayrollNet option property is now available in the user interface under the ATM > Option section for the Entity: Office and Option: Payroll. This enhancement allows users to set a maximum paycheck value where the ExPaymentNetExceedMax Exception [“Payment for ### net is greater than $xxxx.xx”] will be displayed during payroll processing and bulk payroll corrections in the event the value is exceeded.  Users can utilize a combination of the option property and exception to be alerted to paychecks that are issued with a higher than normally expected value.

The exception note when displayed should reference the person or check number for easy identification, and the value should list what is set in the MaxPayrollNet option property.
