The following features have been added to AIS:

Balancing different AP transaction and payroll records.

This feature enhances the Accounting Information System (AIS) in Zenople by Aqore by ensuring that accounting records are balanced off correctly when a transaction is processed in one Accounting Period (AP) and the payment is processed in another AP. This is particularly important for bi-weekly transactions, where the payment and invoicing may occur in different accounting periods.

Functionality

  • Cross-AP Balancing: The system will ensure that accounting records are balanced off even when a transaction is processed in one AP and the payment is processed in a different AP. 
  • Accrued Paid Wages GL Item: For this the "Accrued Paid Wages" GL Item has been added in the "Holding" category for Debit Account Types. 
  • Bi-Weekly Transaction Support: This enhancement is specifically designed to support bi-weekly transactions, where the payment and invoicing may occur in different accounting periods.
