Features added to RMS
The following features have been added to RMS:
Updates to 1099 Summary and 1099NEC Reports for Contracting Agencies
The 1099 Summary and 1099NEC reports have been enhanced to include Contracting Agencies classified as Partnerships or Trusts/Estate, ensuring compliance with tax reporting requirements. These updates ensure that a 1099 is generated for contracting agencies that received $600 or more in payments during the reporting year.
The logic to identify agencies as Partnerships or Trusts/Estate has been implemented, enabling the accurate classification of these entities within the reports. This enhancement aligns the reporting process with regulatory standards, providing users with accurate and comprehensive tax reporting capabilities.
Addition of Transaction ID and Payee Name Columns to Transaction Detail Report
The Transaction Detail report has been updated to include the Transaction ID and Payee Name columns, improving visibility and usability for users. These columns are now available in the Transaction Template and can be used effectively within the report.
The Transaction ID column provides a unique identifier for each transaction and includes a filter option for streamlined data sorting. Similarly, the Payee Name column allows users to view the recipient's details and is equipped with a filter option for enhanced data accessibility. Both columns are available in the column selector, ensuring users can customize their report views based on their specific needs. The data displayed in these columns aligns with their corresponding records, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the report.
Enhanced Document Download with Back Page Option for Employee Tax Forms
This enhancement introduces a "Backpage" option for W2, 1099NEC, 1095C, and W2C document downloads, allowing employees to include important details and instructions found on the back pages of these forms. By enabling employees to choose whether to add the back page when downloading these tax documents, this feature provides flexibility and ensures access to all necessary information for proper understanding and compliance.
Parameter Addition
A new "Backpage" parameter is added to the W2, 1095C, 1099NEC, and W2C reports, providing employees with the flexibility to select the inclusion of the back page when downloading. This report is available in RMS > Reports. This parameter offers two options:
- Yes – Includes the back page with additional information.
- No – Excludes the back page (set as the default option).
Enhanced Reporting with " First Assignment Start Date" and "Currently Assigned" column in Accrued Hours Report.
This feature enhances the Accured Hours Reports by adding three key functionalities:
- Conditional display logic for the "First Assignment Start Date" and "Currently Asg." columns.
- Inclusion of a "Customer" column for detailed tracking of employee assignments.
- Aggregated reporting of total hours worked, tailored to selected parameters.
First Assignment Start Date
Displays data as follows:
Condition | Value Displayed |
If Customer Selected | First Assignment start date for the selected customer. |
If Customer Not Selected | Actual First Assignment date of the employee (any customer). |
OnAssignment = Yes | Data for currently assigned employees. |
OnAssignment = No | Results for employees who worked for the customer previously but are not currently assigned. |
Currently Assigned.
Displays whether the employee is actively assigned:
Condition | Value Displayed |
Customer Selected | Checks for active assignments by the selected customer. |
Customer Not Selected | Checks for active assignments globally. |
Inclusion of "Customer" Column
The "Customer" column is added to provide assignment-specific data:
When No Customer is Selected: Displays the most recent customer from the employee's latest assignment.
When Customer is Selected: Displays the total hours worked for the selected customer.
When "All Customers" is Selected:
- Adds separate columns for each customer.
- Includes the "Currently Assigned" field with values:
- "Y" if the employee is currently assigned to the customer.
- "N" otherwise.
Head Count Paginated Report
The Head Count report provides a paginated view of employee counts over the past two weeks compared to the current week for selected offices and their departments/branches.

- Description: Displays headcount trends for the last two weeks vs. the current week for selected offices and branches.
