Features added to ETC

The following features have been added to ETC section:

Email Profile Setup Based on Applied Company

To enhance communication and professionalism, emails sent to employees applying to companies under a tenant organization will now be aligned with the specific company they have applied to. Employees will receive all emails from the applied company's email profile, ensuring consistency and relevance.

The email header, signature, logo, application URL, office, and office phone will now reflect the details of the specific company or office the employee applied to, providing a seamless and personalized experience.

Additionally, an option property named "AllowURLOverrideOrganization" has been introduced at the Tenant level. This property will have two values: True and False, allowing organizations to define whether the application URL should adhere strictly to the applied company's domain or follow broader tenant-level configurations.

Send and Receive Attachments via SMS Messaging

To enhance communication and streamline file sharing, users can now send and receive attachments through SMS messaging. This feature improves collaboration by allowing seamless exchange of documents, such as job descriptions, start sheets, resumes, certificates, and attendance records, directly within the messaging interface.

Users can easily attach common file formats, including PDF, JPG, PNG, and DOCX, to their SMS messages. Attachments received via SMS can be securely downloaded and accessed from the messaging interface. The system ensures that both inbound and outbound attachments are securely stored for added reliability.

Additionally, users will be informed of the maximum file size allowed for attachments, ensuring smooth and efficient file transfers. This functionality empowers users to communicate effectively while maintaining a professional and efficient workflow.

Blocking a User from Texting

The Blocking a User from Texting feature allows users to block specific contact numbers in Zenople. This ensures blocked numbers are excluded from future messaging activities in the sender or received lists, while retaining existing messages for reference.

Block Option:

  • Users can block a number, preventing it from appearing in future sender and received lists within the selected SMS profile.

Unblock Option:

  • If a previously blocked number is unblocked, the user regains the ability to send and receive texts with that contact.

Scope of Blocking:

  • Blocking applies exclusively to the selected SMS profile, ensuring profile-specific customization.

Existing Messages:

  • Messages exchanged with the blocked number prior to blocking remain accessible in the text menu for historical reference.

Restricted Communication:

  • Users cannot send new texts to a blocked number unless it is unblocked.
