The following features have been added to organization application common:
Addition of "Assignment Schedule ID" Option in Invoicing for JSM Needs
This feature enhances the invoicing capabilities within Zenople by introducing "Assignment Schedule ID" as an option for the Separate Invoice By, Group Invoice By, and Invoice Display fields in the Service Profile. This addition is designed to provide users with greater control over how invoices are generated, organized, and displayed according to specific assignment schedules, catering to unique JSM (Job Scheduling Management) requirements which can be configured from SPM /NCO/CMS > Detail page> Sales/Service> Service> Invoice Section.

New Invoicing Options
- Separate Invoice By: Users can now choose "Assignment Schedule ID" to create distinct invoices based on each unique assignment schedule.
- Group Invoice By: This option allows users to group invoices by the assignment schedule, consolidating multiple related assignments under one invoice when appropriate.
- Invoice Display: Selecting "Assignment Schedule ID" will adjust how invoices are displayed, allowing users to view invoices in alignment with assignment schedules for easier tracking.
Operational Impact
When "Assignment Schedule ID" is selected, invoices are generated, grouped, and displayed in accordance with the chosen assignment schedule configuration, ensuring clear visibility and structured billing that meets specific JSM requirements.
This enhancement provides greater flexibility and alignment with JSM invoicing needs, allowing users to manage and present billing information based on assignment schedules for a tailored invoicing experience.
