Features added to AMS:

The following features have been added to AMS:

“Assignment ID” information provided in entity details of all ‘Assignment’ navigations

 “Assignment ID” of assignments can now be viewed in all ‘Assignment’ navigations. Assignment navigations can be found in the following modules:

• "Assignment" navigation of AMS.

• "Assignment" sub-navigation of "Job & Assignment" navigation of CMS.

• "Assignment" navigation of TJM.

• "Assignment" navigation of EIS.

Comment section added when ending an Assignment

Users can now add comment when ending an assignment which helps to track history. This comment section appears when ending an assignment from AMS directory, Assignment entity detail page and from Assignment navigation of TJM module. The comment subject and comment fields will remain optional unless a user updates the assignment end date when editing assignments. The comment type automatically populates as ‘Assignment End reason’.

A new option property;’MandatoryComments’ has been added to Zenople, providing an option to make comments either optional or mandatory when ending an assignment. This option property can be accessed in ‘Option’ sub-navigation of ATM module under ‘Company’. If the OptionValue is ‘None’ it indicates that comment is optional and if it is ‘Ending Assignments’, it indicates that a comment is mandatory before ending an assignment.
