Affinda Integration: Enhancements in Resume Parsing, Job Matching, and Candidate Search.

A comprehensive set of features has been introduced to enhance the efficiency of resume parsing, job matching, and candidate search processes, powered by Affinda and advanced automation tools.

Bulk Parsing and Indexing of Resumes via Worker Service 

Resumes are now automatically parsed and indexed in bulk when a Person ID and Resume Document ID are inserted from the backend. This automation ensures seamless and precise resume processing, eliminating manual intervention and speeding up the management of resume data.

Parsing Key Parameters from Job Descriptions in TJM 

Key job parameters like Job Title, Location, Years of Experience, Occupational Group, Education, Skills, and Languages are automatically parsed from job descriptions in TJM. This extracted information enhances candidate search queries, increasing the accuracy and efficiency of job-to-candidate matching.

Candidate Match Insights for Similar Candidate Search 

The Candidate Match Insights feature allows users to search for similar candidates based on key resume information such as Employment History, Skills, and Experience. Accessible from the Favorite Actions menu on the Person Entity Detail page, this feature streamlines the process by offering a multi-select option to create Customer Candidates or Job Candidates from the results.

Job Recommendation Feature for Person-Level Job Suggestions 

Based on resume data, the system suggests relevant job opportunities for individuals. These recommendations appear in the Job Candidate Navigation section of the Person Detail page, enabling users to convert individuals into Job Candidates for suitable roles effortlessly.

Affinda Search and Candidate Matching 

The Affinda Search, powered by the VEGA AI engine, offers enhanced document processing for complex resumes. It supports searches and matches based on criteria such as Job Title, Location, Experience, Skills, and Keywords. Users can upload job descriptions or resumes to find ideal matches. Additional features like automated candidate-job matching, placement notifications, and UI improvements further streamline the recruitment process.

By navigating to the Global Search and searching for "Affinda," users can quickly access the Affinda Search and utilize its powerful matching and search capabilities to enhance their recruitment workflow.

These features, integrated with Affinda, provide a robust solution for parsing resumes, finding the best candidate-job matches, and optimizing recruitment workflows, ensuring an efficient and automated hiring process.
