Features Added on CMS
The features added to CMS are:
Automated email templates have been setup for time entries for a daily level or last AP
Users can now identify employees who missed time entries as two automated email templates are set up to send daily missing time and weekly hours summaries to the employees. These emails will contain Excel attachments with the required information.
Users can now assign Contact Role List Items namely "DailyMissingTimeRecipient" and "WeeklyTimeSummaryRecipient" at "Contact Roles" so as to receive the automated emails defined above.
