Users Can See Service Details Tasks in SPM (SPM)

Users can now see the Service Details task under the “Proposal” workflow of the Sales Navigation. 

The Service Details allows users to fill in the Service Profile details, Markup setup, Job Position details, WC Code, Shift Setup, Charge Setup, and Discount Setup.

The details added to the Service Profile of the task will be reflected in the Service Profile of the organization under the “Sales & Service” navigation.

Similarly, the Markup setup, Job Position details, WC Code, Shift Setup, Charge Setup, and Discount Setup details will get reflected in the respective side navigation of the Job Option top navigation under NCO and CMS.

However, if users edit the data populated through the task manually, the changes will not affect the original details of the Service Details task.
