Updates in the Email Module:

Following is the update in the email feature of Zenople:

Email 'Inbox' folder sync.

Download the 'Inbox' email folder only of the 'Email' feature instead of downloading all the folders to solve the email download issue quickly. We are planning to solve this issue in upcoming major releases.

Common Features in LTS, SPM, NCO, and CMS

The following are the common features updated in LTS, SPM, NCO, and CMS:

Added Current Lead, Target, New Customer, and Customer section in the Advanced Filter for Contact Navigation of LTS, SPM, NCO, and CMS respectively.

In the LTS Contact side menu, users can now find the 'Current Lead' section in the Advanced Filter with a True/False toggle. This lets users easily see contacts linked to current leads in LTS Contact Navigation.

Also, in the SPM Contact side menu, users can now find the 'Current Target' section in the Advanced Filter with a True/False toggle. This lets users easily see contacts linked to current targets in SPM Contact Navigation.

Similarly, in the NCO Contact side menu, users can now find the 'Current New Customer' section in the Advanced Filter with a True/False toggle. This lets users easily see contacts linked to current new customers in NCO Contact Navigation.

Likewise, in the CMS Contact side menu, users can now find the 'Current Customer' section in the Advanced Filter with a True/False toggle. This lets users easily see contacts linked to current customers in CMS Contact Navigation.

Common Features in AMS, TJM, and DHM

The following are the common features updated in AMS, TJM, and DHM:

Added parameter named "Assignment" in Global Search. 

A new search parameter, "Assignment," has been included in Global Search for users seeking to find customers based on Job Position, Customer, Start Date, and End Date details. This additional search criterion enhances the search functionality, allowing for more refined and specific customer searches. The fields in the additional parameters are:

• Job Position
• Customer
• Start Date
• End Date

In addition to the assignment search, the system now includes a contacts tab as well to show the results of contact persons relating to the customer search performed. 

This additional parameter is also added in the 'Search Candidate' navigation of TJM.

Similarly, it is also added to the 'Auto Match Talent' navigation of DHM.

Common Features in TJM and DHM

The following are the common features updated in TJM and DHM:

Introducing the “Posted Job Title” Column in the directory listing [DHM, TJM]

To enhance the user experience and facilitate better identification of job titles, a new column, "Posted Job Title," has been introduced in the DHM (Direct Hire Management) and TJM (Temp Job Management) directory listings. This update allows users to differentiate between the job title used for posting in the job portal and the actual job title, providing clarity and ease of reference.

Common Features in ATS, NHO, EIS, LTS, SPM, NCO, CMS, AMS, TJM, DHM, and JCM

Following is the common feature updated in ATS, NHO, EIS, LTS, SPM, NCO, CMS, AMS, TJM, DHM, and JCM:

Chart Name Enhancement for "Top 5 Offices by Entity Distribution"

In response to user preferences, the chart name has been refined to more accurately represent the presented data. The chart will now be named "Top 5 Offices by Entity Distribution" instead of "Entity Distribution by Offices." This update aims to provide users with a more precise and informative title, aligning with the specific nature of the chart.
