Uniform Candidate Add Form
This feature ensures that the same set of form fields is displayed when adding a job candidate across multiple Zenople modules. The goal is to maintain consistency, accuracy, and ease of data management during candidate addition.
Functionality
1. Feature Addition
- The candidate add form will now render identical fields acrossthe following locations:
- ATS, NHO, EIS > Hiring Info > Job Candidate
- CMS > Job and Assignment > Job Candidate
- JCM
- DHM > Talent
2. Behavior
- When a user adds a candidate in any of the above modules, the same form fields, sequence, labels, and validations will appear.
3. Applicability
- Applies to Candidate Add functionality in:
- CMS, TJM, JCM, JSM, and Person Application
