Retain Original Author and Included Edited By/Edited Date in Comments

This feature refines the comment functionality by ensuring the original author of a comment remains unchanged even after editing. To track modifications, new fields "Edited By" and "Edited Date" are introduced, capturing the name of the last editor and the timestamp of the latest update. These changes apply consistently throughout the application and specifically to the snapshots and Comment Report.

Functionality

• Original Author Preservation:
  • The author’s name displayed with a comment always reflects the original creator, regardless of edits made.
  • When the comment is first entered, only the original author is shown.
  •  Edited By and Edited Date remain empty/null until the comment is edited after creation.
• New Fields for Tracking Edits:
  • Edited By: Shows the most recent editor’s full name.
  • Edited Date: Displays the date and time of the last edit.
• Display and Reporting:
  • These fields appear in all comment navigations throughout the application, including snapshots, Grid View, and Card View.
  • The Comment Report is updated to include the new Edited By and Edited Date columns to reflect this data.
