Features added to RMS

The following features have been added to RMS:

Added "Total Hours Worked Per Year" Column with Year Selection in the CA EEOC Report

We have added a new column named "Total Hours Worked Per Year" and a Year selection parameter in the RMS application under the CA EEOC Spreadsheet Report. The Total Hours Worked Per Year column will display the total hours an employee worked in the selected year, offering users a more concise view of work data. The addition of a Year parameter allows users to filter and view the total hours worked based on their preferred year, providing flexibility and better report customization.

Display Office Totals and Date Range in Payroll Register Paginated Report

We have enhanced the payroll register paginated report in RMS application by implementing two new features. First, when the "show summary" parameter is set to True, the report will display the office totals, allowing users to easily view total payroll information by office. Second, the report header will now include the selected date range along with the date type selected as parameters, providing users with clearer insights into the reporting period for their payroll data.

Added "Employee Referral Source" Spreadsheet Report

We have introduced a new spreadsheet report titled "Employee Referral Source" in the RMS application. This feature allows users to generate detailed reports analyzing the referral sources of employees, along with other relevant information. By utilizing this report, users can gain insights into the effectiveness of various referral channels, helping to enhance recruitment strategies and employee sourcing.

Display All Reason Codes in Payment Reasons of Cash Receipt Report

We have enhanced the cash receipt report in RMS by displaying all reason codes associated with payment reasons. This feature allows users to view a comprehensive list of payment reasons along with their corresponding amounts, eliminating the need for hardcoded values. By providing a complete view of payment reasons, users can better analyze payment data and ensure accurate reporting.

Added Page Headers to Standard AR Aging Report

We have enhanced the standard Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging report in RMS by adding headers on each page. This feature ensures clarity and ease of reading, allowing users to quickly identify the report sections and understand the data presented. By including consistent headers throughout the report, users can navigate the information more efficiently and enhance their overall reporting experience.

Add "Role Status" and "Customer Status" Columns to Contact Template in RMS Application

We have added two new columns named "Role Status" and "Customer Status" in the RMS application under the Contact template. These columns allow users to sort the report based on the role status of contacts and the customer’s status. By enabling sorting by these columns, users can more effectively manage, filter, and categorize contacts, improving the ease of report analysis and organization.

Multi-Select Input for "User Role Name" in User Role Report

The "User Role Name" field in the User Role report has been updated to a multi-select dropdown input in the RMS module. This enhancement allows users to select multiple user role names simultaneously, enabling more comprehensive reporting by displaying roles for several users at once. This feature improves the flexibility and functionality of report generation.

Additional Columns in Payroll Register Detail Report

The Payroll Register Detail report has been enhanced with additional columns to provide users with more detailed payroll insights. New columns added after the "Net" column include:

  • RT Pay Rate
  • Total EE Taxes
  • Total ER Taxes
  • Total Deduction
  • Total Benefit

These columns provide more comprehensive payroll data, ensuring accurate reporting for each line item.

Alignment of Employee Counting in Accrual Reports

The Accrual Balance report has been updated to include all employee statuses. This ensures that the employee counts align with the PTO Accrual Setup Detail report for the "PTO Temp" accrual plan. Additionally, a new parameter has been introduced, allowing users to select and include all employee statuses in both reports for more accurate and consistent data.

Enhancements to Turn Over Report

The Turn Over report has been enhanced for better accuracy and functionality. Key updates include:

  • The report header now reflects the selected date range.
  • Data displayed is validated to ensure it falls within the selected date range.
  • The turnover rate calculation has been made more accurate and uniform.

Addition of "Time Approver" and "Supervisor" Columns in Transaction Type Report Builder

New column options have been added to the Transaction Type report builder. Users can now select "Time Approver" and "Supervisor" columns when generating reports. Additionally, the report will now include adjustments that fall within the invoice batch, offering users more comprehensive reporting options.
