This feature introduces a standardized and automated process for updating employee status during the rehire workflow in Zenople. It ensures that whenever a rehire action is initiated, the employee’s status is consistently updated across the applicable modules, eliminating discrepancies and improving data accuracy.

1. Feature Addition
- The enhancement applies to the Employee Information System (EIS) within Zenople.
- When users initiate the Initiate Rehire action, the system automatically updates the employee’s status to Rehire.
- Any employees on “Rehire” status will be moved to “Rehire” workflow stage in EIS.
- No manual intervention is required to adjust status or workflow placement
