Productivity Tab – DDS Insight Dashboard
The Productivity tab is a newly introduced feature within the DDS Insight Dashboard in Zenople by Aqore. This enhancement provides staffing and operational teams with a consolidated view of productivity metrics, enabling quick assessment of system usage, team performance, and operational activities.
All metrics display "As of Today" real-time data through tiles and trend charts, supporting data-driven decisions and operational optimization.

- Operational Efficiency: Trend analysis for performance tracking.
Filters:
There are two key parameters used to render data in DDS Insights:
- Date Picker (As of Date): Allows users to define a specific date range for generating and viewing data accordingly.
- Entities Field: Enables users to select one or more offices for which they want to view insights.
- Productivity Trends: A list of available trend graphs is listed in the “Notes” section at the end of this documentation.
By default, the most recent available AP date with corresponding data will be selected, while future AP dates will remain disabled.
Functionality
1. Feature Location & UI
- Location: New tab named "Productivity" under DDS > Insights, alongside Finance, Workforce, Jobs, Sales, and AR tabs.
- UI Consistency: Matches existing DDS Insight standards.
- Data Context: All metrics show "As of Today" values.
2. Metric Tiles & Trends (Tenant Level)
Tiles display metric name, value, "As of Today" context, and trend charts where applicable. Metrics are grouped by categories:
Timesheet Metrics:
Metric | Description |
Total Timesheets | Total count of timesheets submitted during the week |
Approved Timesheets | Count of approved timesheets during the week (Tile & Trend). |
Mobile Timesheets | Count of timesheets entered via mobile app (Trend). |
Portal Timesheets | Count of timesheets via employee portal (Trend). |
Manual Timesheets | Count of manually entered timesheets (Tile & Trend). |
Import Timesheets | Count of externally imported timesheets. |
Third-Party Timesheets | Count of timesheets from Timerack/other systems. |
Missing Timesheets | Count of active assignments without timesheets. |
Correction Metrics:

Financial & Performance Metrics:

System Metrics:

Database Size MB | Database size at snapshot (Trend). |
Web Internal Users | Count of distinct OfficeStaff users who logged in via Web platform. |
Mobile Internal Users | Count of distinct OfficeStaff users who logged in via Mobile platform. |
Web Contact Users | Count of distinct Contact users who logged in via Web platform. |
Mobile Contact Users | Count of distinct Contact users who logged in via Mobile platform. |
New Internal Users | Count of new internal users (Trend). |
Active Internal Users | Count of active internal users (Tile & Trend). |
Trend Integration: Metrics with trends include line/bar charts for historical comparison.
