    About New Hire Onboarding (NHO)

    New Hire Onboarding (NHO) application allows users to add and edit new hires and consists of detailed information of the new hires. After completing the required paperwork and prescreening applicants are moved here.

      

    New Hire Onboarding (NHO) Flow

    Once all of the processes in ATS are complete, new hires are forwarded to the NHO Application. The new hires can also be created by the User.

      Note: Adding newhire directly from NHO is based on the organization’s requirement without having to follow the whole workflow from ATS-NHO.
