Sales Pipeline Management (SPM)
The Sales Pipeline Management (SPM) application targets the qualified leads from the Lead Tracking System (LTS) application and keeps them in the sales pipeline to proceed further. SPM is the second stage of the whole customer workflow. There are various stages in the SPM workflow where the qualified leads are targeted, and various proposals and agreements are created for the potential customers. Further, the credits of the potential customer are analyzed based on various factors as per the company’s requirement in order to proceed further to become a new client. It is mostly used by the sales team.
