Job Candidate Management (JCM) has two main navigations. They are:
- Dashboard
- Job Candidate
1. Dashboard
The first landing page of the JCM is the ‘Dashboard.’ The dashboard displays various tiles, workflow, trend lines, donut charts, and filters.
2. Job Candidate
Clicking on ‘Job Candidate’ will redirect users to the Job Candidate Directory. It allows users to add Job Candidates for a certain job under a specific organization with the minimum and maximum rates for payments preferable to the job candidate. These details are displayed in the directory along with other details such as Candidate Status, Office, Job Title, Title (Applicant/ New Hire/ Employee), Phone, Email Address, Address, workflow Stage, Ratings (which is added from the Hiring top navigation).
