Following are then common feature updates for Recruitment Applications (ATS, NHO, EIS):

Tracking time spent by an entity on a particular task

This feature update in recruitment application displays the time taken to complete a task along with the completion date for tasks performed by an applicant, new hire, or employee. It allows users to track the elapsed time required to complete tasks, providing valuable insights for performance evaluation and process efficiency.

For this, the task navigation in recruitment application now consists of new columns named “Completion Date” to show the actual date of completion of the task and “Time Taken in Minutes” to show the actual time taken to complete the assigned task.

The time taken in minutes column displays the taken time in MM:SS format. This is also available in Zenople mobile application. 

Automatic Confirmation Email for Job Applied

This enhancement ensures that job candidates receive a confirmation email upon successfully applying for a job, providing them with a record of their application and confirming submission. The email is sent only to candidates already registered in the system, and this functionality applies to applications submitted via both web and mobile platforms. This feature is available in both web and mobile applications. 

Added check box to send welcome email 

A "Send Welcome Email" checkbox has been added to the entity add form setup page, allowing users to choose whether to notify new applicants with a welcome email. When checked (default), a standard welcome email is sent upon setup completion; if unchecked, no email is sent, offering flexibility in communication preferences. This feature is available in both web and mobile applications.
