The following features have been added to the Customer Management System:

Status added to Customer Adjustment

A new field named Status has been added to the Edit Customer Adjustment form with the following statuses:

  • Active
  • Inactive

The default value for the Customer Adjustment when being added is "Active".

Additionally, a Status column has been added to the "Customer Adjustment" navigation on the Customer entity detail page.

Added “Assignment ID” as an option for Separate Invoice by and Display Invoice by in Service Profile.

Users can now separate and display invoices by Assignment ID. For this feature, "Assignment ID" has been added as an option in the Separate Invoice By and Invoice Display fields in the Invoice section of the Customer Service Profile.

Added “Work Date” as an option for Separate Invoice by and Display Invoice by in Service Profile.

Users can now separate and display invoices by Worked Date. For this feature, "Work Date" has been added as an option in the Separate Invoice By and Invoice Display fields in the Invoice section of the Customer Service Profile.

  • The Work Date refers to the Work Date column in TMS, which is populated only for transactions of jobs where the Transaction Schedule Template is set to "One Transaction Per Schedule."
  • Transactions with no Work Date will be grouped together.
