This new set of automated push notifications aims to keep users engaged and proactive with timely updates on key activities such as assignment start alerts, timesheet approvals, unapproved timesheet alerts, client engagement, and payroll completion. By delivering accurate notifications based on specific triggers, these updates help users, contacts, and employees manage responsibilities effectively and maintain prompt engagement across the platform.

Key Notifications and Conditions:

  • Cold Client Alerts: Notifications for inactive clients are sent only for organizations with "appliesActive" status set to true. Clients are excluded from being flagged as "cold" if recent sales activity or sales level updates are detected. Only entities aged between 30 and 60 days without activity are considered cold clients, and alerts are triggered accordingly.
  • Payroll Completion Timing: The payroll completion notification is sent on the same day as the pay stub email. This notification is timed according to the user’s time zone based on the resident address in their profile, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.
  • Time Approval Notification: Notifications for approved timesheets are sent to office staff assigned as back-office email recipient roles, ensuring timely updates for the appropriate recipients.
  • Assignment Start Alert: This notification is triggered only when an assignment has a designated shift, serving as a reminder sent 30 minutes before the assignment begins.
