The following are the new Reports that have been added to RMS:

Added a new Spreadsheet Report named Tax Summary Report.

A new Spreadsheet Report titled "Tax Summary Report" has been introduced in RMS. This report provides a summary of payroll taxes within a specified period and can be utilized for verifying quarterly and yearly taxes.

Users can access the "Tax Summary Report" within RMS and utilize the provided parameters to customize the report according to their specific requirements. By inputting the desired parameters such as date range, company, office, and tax type, users can generate the Tax Summary Report tailored to their needs, facilitating comprehensive tax analysis and verification.

Added a new Spreadsheet Report named Employee Deduction Setup Report.

A new Spreadsheet Report titled "Employee Deduction Setup" has been incorporated into Zenople. This report provides a comprehensive overview of all active deduction setups for employees. The addition of the "Employee Deduction Setup" report enhances the reporting capabilities of Zenople by offering detailed insights into employee deduction configurations.

The report consists of the following parameters:

  • Company
  • Office
  • Person ID
  • Transaction Code

Features added to Reports in the Report Management System:

The following features have been added to Spreadsheet and Paginated Reports in RMS:

Implication of “Restrict Task” settings in Task List and Task Report

Users now can customize the visibility of tasks related to disqualified employees in the Task List Report and Task Report. This enhancement is enabled by the “Restrict Task” option property available in ATM.

If the “Restrict Task” option property has a false value, the task list report and task report show all the tasks, regardless of the applicant/new hire/employee status. If the option property is set to true, the mentioned reports do not show any tasks relating to disqualified employees.

Improvement in the AR Aging Report.

Users can now observe that the AR Aging Report displays the amount of unapplied cash for customers in the Customer Payment section. This update aims to provide users with a more comprehensive view of customer payments by including unapplied cash amounts. By incorporating unapplied cash amounts, the AR Aging Report becomes a more accurate tool for tracking outstanding payments and managing accounts receivable.

Added new categories to the Audit Log Report.

The Audit Log Report now includes additional categories for tracking changes. The newly added categories are as follows:

  • WC Code
  • Markup
  • Job Position
  • Discount
  • Charge
  • Service Profile
  • Sales Profile
  • Contact Role
  • User Role
  • Task

The addition of these categories enhances the capability of the Audit Log Report to track changes across various aspects of the system. By including these categories, administrators and users can monitor and review modifications made to WC codes, markups, shifts, job positions, discounts, charges, service profiles, sales profiles, contacts, contact roles, user roles, and tasks.

Updated the “Last Week Worked” and “Last Pay Rate” columns in the PTO Accrual Report.

Updates have been implemented in the PTO Accrual Report to enhance its functionality and accuracy.

  • The "Last Week Worked" column now exclusively retrieves the Pay Period End Date of the transaction.
  • The "Last Pay Rate" column now exclusively retrieves the Pay Rate of the Regular Time (RT) or the Salary Code for the Employee, based on the "Last Week Worked" column.

These updates aim to streamline and improve the accuracy of the PTO Accrual Report. Users can expect a more refined and accurate representation of the last week worked and corresponding pay rate information in the PTO Accrual Report.

Added “Posted Days” column in Job Portal Report.  

A new column titled "Posted Days" has been introduced in the Job Portal Report. The addition of this column aims to provide users with more concise and valuable information about the posted jobs in the job portal. By displaying the number of days that a job has been posted, users can quickly assess the duration for which a job has been available in the portal, aiding in decision-making processes.

Added “Office Phone” as an option in the “Show” parameter of Person Resume report.

A new option called "Office Phone" has been included in the "Show" parameter of the Person Resume paginated Report.

The addition of this option provides users with greater flexibility and customization in generating the Person Resume paginated Report. Users can now choose whether they want the Office Phone information to be displayed in the resume or not, depending on their preferences and specific reporting needs.

The "Office Phone" option is automatically preselected by default in the "Show" parameter of the Person Resume paginated Report. Users can choose to deselect this option if they do not want the Office Phone information to be included in the resume. By adjusting the settings in the "Show" parameter, users can generate customized Person Resume paginated Reports according to their preferences.

Renamed the "Customer Year to Date Report" to "Year to Year Customer Comparison Report".

The Customer Year-to-Date Report has been renamed to the "Year-to-Year Customer Comparison" report.

The renaming of the report reflects its broader scope, focusing on comparing customer performance year over year rather than simply reporting year-to-date figures.

A new "Gross Profit" column has been added to the "Year to Year Customer Comparison Report". 

A new column for Gross Profit has been introduced in the Year-to-Year Customer Comparison report.

The addition of the Gross Profit column enhances the depth of analysis provided by the report, offering insights into the profitability of customer relationships.

Updated the Deduction Code parameter in the Payment Deduction Report.

Users can now view the list of Transaction Codes of deductions instead of the deduction descriptions in the "Deduction Code" parameter within the "Payment Deduction" paginated Report.

This update aims to bring more clarity and precision to the selection of deduction codes in the "Payment Deduction" report. By displaying Transaction Codes, users can easily identify and select the specific deductions they wish to include in the report.

Renamed the "Remaining Balance" column as the "Unapplied Balance" column in the Unapplied Cash Report. 

The "Remaining Balance" column in the Unapplied Cash Report has been renamed as the "Unapplied Balance" column. 

The renaming of the name will emphasize a more explanatory name for the column.  

Features added to Report Builder:

The following features have been added to the Report Builder in RMS:

Added “Bank File Batch ID” as a column option for the “Payment” template in Report Builder.

A new column option named "Bank File Batch ID" has been added to the "Payment" template in the Report Builder.  

This addition provides users with enhanced functionality and access to important information related to bank file batches directly within reports. Including the "Bank File Batch ID" column in the Payment template allows users to easily link payment data to specific bank file batches, facilitating reconciliation and tracking processes.
