Features added to Job Schedule Management (JSM)

The following features have been added to Job Schedule Management (JSM) in Zenople. 

Added “End Assignment Schedule” action in the card-view of JSM

Users can now access the "End Assignment Schedule" action directly within the Card View of the JSM directory. This feature simplifies the process of managing assignment schedules by allowing users to trigger the End Assignment Schedule process easily, showcasing all schedules linked to a specific job.

Additionally, the "Edit" action has been repositioned alongside the "End Assignment Schedule" option in the triple-dot icon. This change consolidates essential job management actions, enhancing workflow efficiency and making it more intuitive for users to perform related tasks from the Card View.

Moved JSM in the Applications Menu

The JSM Application has been repositioned within the Application Menu, moving it from the bottom of the list to a more prominent location next to DHM. This adjustment enhances visibility and accessibility, making it easier for users to find and utilize the JSM alongside other Job applications.

JSM Directory Search Now Includes "Job Schedule ID" Search Functionality

In the Scheduled Jobs Directory at JSM, users can now search for jobs using the "Job Schedule ID" through the search option. This enhancement allows for more precise and efficient job retrieval, making it easier for users to locate specific scheduled jobs quickly.

Work Injury Claims now function with Scheduled Jobs

With the new release, users can now process Work Injury claims alongside Scheduled Jobs. The “New Work Injury” favorite action is now accessible in the “Assign” navigation of JSM. Additionally, these updates also apply to adding a Work Injury through Work Injury Management (WIM) and the WIM directory, streamlining the process for managing work-related injuries efficiently.

Scheduled Jobs are included in Unemployment claims

Users can now file unemployment claims for scheduled jobs (JSM) in Zenople, following recent enhancements. Assignments from scheduled jobs are now available during the unemployment claim process, seamlessly integrated into both the Unemployment Management System (UMS) and the Employee Information System (EIS). This update ensures that employees have direct access to their scheduled job assignments when filing claims, streamlining the process for greater efficiency and accuracy.
