Features added to Contact Portal

The following features have been added to the Contact Portal:

Added columns in the “Job” dropdown of the “Jobs” navigation in the Contact Portal

Several columns have been added to the "Job" dropdown within the "Jobs" navigation in the Contact Portal.

The new columns include:

• Required
• Assigned
• Shift
• Status

The addition of these columns enhances the usability and functionality of the "Jobs" navigation by providing users with more detailed information directly within the dropdown menu. 

Updated the Job Cards to not Display N/A when there are no Descriptions

In the "Description" section of the Job's card within the "Jobs" navigation, no content is displayed when there is no description added for the Job.

This change has been implemented to improve clarity and reduce unnecessary clutter. Instead of displaying "N/A" when no description is available, the section now remains empty, providing a cleaner and more streamlined interface.
