Features added in Payroll Administrative System (PAS)

The following features have been added to PAS:

A warning exception will be displayed when an employee has Late Pay and Different Pay Periods in the Same Accounting Period.

Users will now receive a warning exception notification when processing payroll for an employee with late pay, resulting in two checks with different pay periods being issued within the same accounting period. The warning exception prompts users to verify the amount for the pay period limit, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.

User Role of the transaction is copied for Payroll and Invoice corrections

The “User Role” of the transaction is copied and displayed for the Payroll and Invoice corrections. Furthermore, any subsequent modifications to the User Role at the Assignment level, Customer level, or any other level are seamlessly reflected in the corresponding User Roles used during Payroll and Invoice corrections.

Warning exception will be displayed regarding Advance Bank Amount for Illinois Work Site Address

The Warning exception message will be displayed during the payroll process if the Advance Bank amount used for the check exceeds the 15% gross amount for the company whose work site address is Illinois.  The warning exception is displayed only if the work site address of the company is “Illinois”.
