Added ‘Job Requisition’ Paginated Report for job requisition analysis

A new 'Job Requisition Report' has been introduced so that the user can perform job requisition analysis. By harnessing the 'Year' parameter, the user can effectively filter and analyze data.

This comprehensive report provides valuable insights, including average values for key metrics such as Fill Ratio, Missed Opportunities, Time to Fill, and Turn Over Value. 

These metrics are categorized by department, offering the user a clear view of job requisition performance across the organization.

Added “Customer AR Payment” paginated report to view the balance and invoicing history of their customer

The system now features a newly added Customer Account Receivable (AR) Payment Report, designed to provide users with a clear view of their customers' financial records and invoice history. 

To access this informative report, users can simply input a date range, specifying both a 'From' and 'To' date, and select the desired customer. 

Subsequently, the report will offer a detailed summary of the customer's financial transactions, empowering users to make informed decisions and maintain better control over their accounts receivable.

Improvised the ‘Audit Log’ Report to track the changes made

Users can track the detailed changes made in the ‘Audit Log Report’. It allows the users to see all the changes they have made, the entity details, previous, updated value, updated date, and who updated the details as well. 

The sections included in the Audit Log Report are ‘Applicant Information, ‘Work history’, ‘Education’, ‘Personal Information’, ‘EEO’, ‘Assignment’, ‘User Role’, ‘Date Type’, ‘Additional Information’. The Assignment includes ‘Assignment’, ‘Assignment Role’, and ‘User Role’.

The ‘Table Name’ shows the sections which were changed, and the ‘Field Name’ displays the specific fields of the sections which were changed.

Enhanced ‘Assignment Info’ paginated report thereby adding the information from the ‘Custom’ sub-navigation of the ‘Other’ tab Of Job entity to the ‘Additional Info’ section

Users can now access information previously housed in the 'Custom' sub-navigation within the 'Other' section of the Job Entity detail. This valuable data is now seamlessly integrated into the 'Additional Information' section of the 'Assignment Info' paginated report. 

This update simplifies and unifies data presentation, ensuring that crucial details are readily available within reports for comprehensive analysis.
