TCC WOTC Integrated

TCC WOTC has been integrated into the New-hire Portal. It will be assigned to a new hire and it can be completed by logging into their portal.

TCC WOTC When Logged in as New Hire

The new hire must complete all of the questions and submit the form.

Standard Vaccination Form Added

A new form ‘Vaccination Tracking’ has been added to verify the vaccination status of the employee.

The uploaded vaccination document can be viewed from the Document tab in the ‘My Profile’ navigation of the New Hire Portal. 

The document should be hidden and managed from the ATM Option property as ‘HiddenDocumentTypes’ under the person entity. 

Users can view the report of vaccination tracking from the RMS application.

Appointment Form Added

The appointment form has been included in the New-hire Portal. It will be assigned to a new hire and can be completed by logging onto their portal. If the new hire selects a date-time for the appointment, then the task will be assigned to the branch recruiter. A recruiter can review and complete the appointment form.
