The Job Schedule Management (JSM) application revolutionizes Zenople’s operational framework by introducing Scheduled Jobs and Assignment Schedules. With JSM, customers gain the ability to proactively organize scheduled work, identify suitable candidates, and efficiently allocate resources to meet operational demands.

Scheduled Jobs are newly added types of Jobs in Zenople, which need to be accomplished within specific time frames. These tasks could range from shifts in critical fields to routine assignments across various departments. By defining Scheduled Jobs, organizations can streamline their workflow and ensure consistent productivity.

Assignment Schedules enable the efficient allocation of resources by allowing organizations to identify, shortlist, and assign eligible candidates for specific days and shifts. This feature ensures worker availability in critical areas and provides a flexible mechanism to respond to unforeseen changes in staffing requirements.

Pre-Conditions for JSM

A user has to evaluate the following Pre-Conditions before creating a scheduled job in JSM:

• Customer has a WC Code setup. 
• Customer has a Job Position setup. 
• Customer has a Shift setup.
