This navigation comprises the following features:

  • Search and Match
  • Worked Before
  • Job Candidate
  • Shortlist

Search and Match

The Search and Match feature empowers users to add Employees to the Assignment, Job Candidate List, and Shortlist. Additionally, New hires and Applicants can also be included as Job Candidates and in the Shortlist.

This feature incorporates functionalities like Include, Resume Search, Additional Parameter, and More options, akin to the Global Search. Such features streamline the process of searching for Employees to be assigned, ensuring ease and efficiency in the assignment process.

Worked Before

As implied by its name, the Worked Before feature showcases a list of employees who have previously worked on the same Scheduled Job. The grid view presents information about which employees have participated in any previous Job Schedule associated with the Scheduled Job. This functionality provides users with insights into the workforce history related to the Scheduled Job, aiding in decision-making and resource allocation.

Job Candidates

Job Candidates can be added to Scheduled Jobs, and they can be carried through all the Job Schedules associated with the respective jobs. This functionality assists users in identifying potential candidates for the job and facilitates the process of selecting which employee to assign to the selected assignment. It streamlines the workflow by ensuring continuity and coherence in candidate management across various job schedules.

Shortlist

The shortlist feature serves as a job candidate specifically for the respective Job Schedule. With this functionality, users can shortlist employees for the selected Job Schedules only. This feature proves useful if customers prefer to assign a particular employee to work in only one Job Schedule related to the provided job. It offers flexibility and precision in candidate selection, catering to specific requirements and preferences for each job schedule.
