Display “To Be Open” AP’s in Contact Portal Mobile App

This feature enhances the Zenople mobile application by adding "To-Be-Open" Accounting Periods (APs) to the Accounting Period dropdown options and ensuring the PPE dropdown reflects the "ToBeOpen" status, aligning with the functionality in the web application. This allows mobile app users to perform operations on To-Be-Open APs, improving flexibility and consistency in financial and operational workflows within the Contact Portal.
