About Customer Portal
Customer Portal is used by the contact of the customer formed under the Customer Management System (CMS) application.
The contact information of the customer is available in the Contact side navigation under the People top navigation of Customer main navigation in CMS application.
The login URL to Customer Portal and credentials of the customer will be required to use the customer portal which is available in the Favorite icon of the Contact side navigation.
Moreover, a dual-language feature is available in the customer portal and they can choose either English or Spanish as per their preference.
