Added New Merge Tags to ATM Email and SMS Template Builders

Prev Next

OVERVIEW

New merge tags have been added to both the Email Template Builder and the SMS Template Builder in ATM. Office staff can now include a recipient's portal username, portal login link, forgot-password link, and the sender's office email address directly inside email and SMS templates — making it easier to create login-assistance communications without exposing passwords.

Additionally, the Full Name merge tag has been corrected to display names in proper sentence case (e.g., "John Doe") in both builders, replacing the previous all-uppercase output (e.g., "JOHN DOE"). The password merge tag has been removed from both builders as a security improvement.
