Office/branch name.

Total Pay Hours

Sum of payable hours.

May be 0 if no hours in range.

Total Bill Hours

Sum of billable hours.

Used to compute GP per billed hour.

Bill Amount

Billed amount before discounts/adjustments.

Aggregated in totals.

DH Fee

Direct Hire fee.

Derived from transaction items or DH Fee field.

GP Adjustment (Bill)

Bill‑side GP adjustments.

Included in gPBill.

Discount

Customer discount amount.

Reduces gPBill.

Charge

Additional charge/markup.

Increases gPBill.

Gross Wages

Gross wages plus agency cost (per SP).

Includes Agency Cost for contractors.

1 = Employer Tax, 0 = Employee Tax;

Employee Taxable Gross

Portion of gross wages subject to employee-paid taxes.

Calculated as sum of Taxable Gross where Is Employer Tax = 0.

Employer Taxable Gross

Portion of gross wages subject to employer-paid taxes.

Calculated as SUM of Taxable Gross where Is Employer Tax = 1.

Employee Tax

Total employee tax amount.

Sum of Payment Tax > Tax where Is Employer Tax = 0.

Employer Tax

Total employer tax amount.

Sum of Tax where Is Employer Tax = 1.

Gross

Total gross wages associated with the tax records.

Aggregated from Gross related to Payment

Check Date

Date the payroll check was issued.

Used when Date Type = 'Check Date'.

Post Date

Date the payment batch was posted.

Only posted payments are included

Accounting Period

Accounting period associated with the payment.

Used when Date Type = 'Accounting Period Date'.

Tax Type

Specific tax transaction type(s) selected for the report.

Filtered via Transaction Type Id; defaults to all tax types.

Taxable Gross

Earnings amount subject to tax calculation.

Sourced from Payment Tax > Taxable Gross.

Transaction Code

Payroll tax transaction identifier.

Drives tax description and transaction type.

Check Number

Identifier printed on the payroll check.

Pulled from Check Number related to payment

Gross Wages

Total earnings before deductions and taxes for a payment.

Calculated as SUM of gross payment per check.

Net Pay

Final amount paid to the employee after taxes and deductions.

Calculated as sum of net amount per payment.

Total Taxes

Total tax amount withheld for the payment.

Aggregated from Tax Tagged with payment

Non‑Tax Adjustments

Adjustments apply to the payment that are not taxable.

Derived from deductions excluding STE transaction types.

Hours Worked

Total hours worked in the pay period linked to the payment.

Summed from Total Pay Hours.

PPE (Pay Period End Date)

End date of the pay period associated with the payment.

Latest Pay Period End Date.

Pay Rate

Most recent regular‑time pay rate of the employee.

Pulled from latest RT transaction per employee.

Regular Time Pay Rate

Employee’s standard hourly pay rate.

Identified using RT transaction code logic.

Reissued Check

Payroll check that was reissued after original issuance.

Included based on Check Status = Reissued.

Regular Check

Standard issued payroll check.

Included based on Check Status = Regular.

Posted Payments Only

Indicator that only posted payroll batches are included.

Enforced via Payment Batch > Postdate should not be null

Is Exempt

Indicates whether the employee is tax exempt.

Employer FEIN

Federal Employer Identification Number.

Pulled from tenant organization data.

Organization Phone

Employer’s primary phone number.

Retrieved from active organization contact records.

Organization Fax

Employer’s fax number.

Pulled from organization contact information when available.

Payment Id

Unique identifier of the payroll payment.

Used as primary link across all wage calculations.

Transaction Code

Payroll transaction code

Used to identify pay rate and hours.

Check Status

Status of the payroll check (Regular or Reissued).

Filters define which checks appear in the report.
