# Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Task in NHO Onboarding

## **Added Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Task in NHO Onboarding**

This feature adds a "Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability" task to Zenople’s New Hire Onboarding (NHO) Paperwork stage upon client request, supporting EEO compliance and diversity reporting. The form, pre-populated with Employee Name and Employee ID, offers three options: "Yes, I have a disability, or have had one in the past," "No, I do not have a disability and have not had one in the past," or "I do not want to answer." The selection maps to the "Disability Status" field in Hiring Info > EEO, is sequenced after the EEO task, and requires no review.
