# View Staff Activity Log – Permission Configuration

This feature introduces a configurable permission setting that allows clients to control access to the Staff Activity Log at the individual user level, when productivity is shared. The goal is to protect sensitive user productivity data and ensure that users only view activity information appropriate to their role or ownership. By defining access as **None**, **All**, or **Mine**, organizations gain greater control, transparency, and compliance across their productivity operations.

### Functionality

- A new option property named ViewStaffActivityLog is added under:
  - ATM → Person → Option Properties → Productivity Board
  - This property is visible in the UI and can be configured per user.
  - The property includes the following selectable values: None, All, Mine
  - The default value is None.
    - None: Users cannot view any Staff Activity Log, including their own.
    - All: Users can view all available activity logs, including shared ones.
    - Mine: Users can view only their own activity log.
- The Staff Activity Log UI enforces the selected access level for each user.
- An icon is added to indicate whether a user has permission to view staff activity.
- The “Share Productivity” icon is moved to the three-dot menu in the top‑right corner of the interface.
- Applies to the Productivity Board and related Staff Activity Log access within Zenople by Aqore.
- No impact on other modules unless linked to this permission setting.
