# Payroll Administrative System (PAS)

## Payroll Administrative System (PAS)

The following features have been added to PAS:

### PAS Import for Custom Data on W2 Box 12 and 14

Users can get to access a new Import Plan titled “W2 Box Import” in PAS. With this import users can accurately report addition employee compensation and deductions on their W2 Forms. The Import format consists of following columns:

- Alias
- Year
- Person ID
- SSN
- First Name
- Last Name
- Amount for B-2 Box 12
- W-2 Box 12 Code
- Amount for W-2 Box 14
- W-2 Box 14 Code

### Work Date and Assignment Schedule ID in PAS Group By

The Work Date and Assignment Schedule ID columns have been added in PAS Groupings and Transaction list. Likewise, Work Date and Assignment Schedule ID columns are also added in the respective stages.
