The following updates have been added in Job Schedule Management (JSM).
Available tab on the Assign navigation
A new tab has been added to the “Assign” navigation in JSM titled “Available”. The tab lists employees who are available for the day. To trigger this, a new button titled “Available” has been added throughout all the other tabs in the Assign navigation. This action lists down employees who have been made available for all the Job Schedules of the selected day throughout the Office.
The tab includes a discard action which can be used to make an employee unavailable for the day. The navigation consists of Available/All toggle as well.
Note: When an employee is initially Discarded and is searched and the Available button is selected again, the availability status is changed from Discard to Available again.
