# Forms

## Addition of new forms

The Zenople application has been enhanced to include multiple consent forms which are:

- Background Check and FCRA disclosure Consent
- Background Consent Form
- Drug Testing Consent Form
- Consent to Geo-Location Tracking

All these forms are available in the NHO paperwork workflow stage.

## Updated W-4

The state w4 form has been updated for the following state:

- Idaho
