These fixes address issues reported by users and identified through internal testing across multiple modules. This release aims to enhance platform stability, correct functional inconsistencies, and ensure smoother operations. Please find below the complete list of bugs resolved in this release.

General

  • Grid Sorting
    • Fixed random ordering when sorting Start/End Time columns in JSM grid view.
    • Resolved column sorting on the Document page.
    • Corrected improper sorting behavior in Job Candidate directory (SpFixes:6490).
  • Pagination & Export
    • Addressed blank pages when navigating beyond 500 rows in directory views.
    • Fixed issue where “Save as Excel” export downloaded blank data (Download as Excel).
    • Ensured Export “Save as Excel” follows option property ‘DirectoryExcelExport’.

Applicant Tracking & Onboarding (ATS / NHO / EIS)

  • Employment Form
    • Prevented UNIQUE KEY constraint errors when adding duplicate education/employment entries.
    • Now allows saving an employment record without end date/month.
  • Document Management
    • Ensured discarded documents are correctly excluded from Total counts.
  • W-4 Form
    • Corrected Spanish translation for the exemption question in W4 form.

Content Management & Configuration (CMS / AIS)

  • Role-Based UI Controls
    • “Add” button in CMS now correctly hides when the Add action is unchecked for the role.
    • Fixed “Employee Type” option error when editing GL Item configurations (AIS).
  • Advanced Search & Filters
    • Excluded inactive addresses from Additional Parameter - Address Search results.
    • When using the Next/Previous icons in both directory and global search after applying an office filter, only entities belonging to the selected office will be shown.
    • Resolved missing suggestions in dropdowns when display settings are off (RMS).

Time & Attendance (TMS / Timeclock)

  • Timeclock Access
    • “Timeclock not found” error resolved when multiple users exist with active and inactive status.
  • Time Import
    • Preserved original OT rates posted from import instead of applying assignment markups.

Financial & Payroll (ARS / PAS / Bankfeed)

  • Report Builder & Summaries
    • Columns correctly removed when display settings are turned off.
    • Users can now open and view the Summary Report at any time—both before and after posting a batch without errors.
  • Payment History & Adjustments
    • Fixed missing “Add Adjustment” form in ARS -> Payment History.
  • Bulk Corrections
    • Enabled Tax edit action in PAS -> Bulk Correction.
  • Accounting Period
    • Restored display of closed Accounting Periods after data-access changes.

Employee Portal & Self-Service

  • Navigation & Access
    • Pay History card in employee portal is displayed as per the access of Pay History navigation.
    • Timesheet entries no longer editable unless the Edit action is explicitly used.
  • UI/UX Enhancements
    • Improved contrast of checked radio buttons on completed forms.
    • Ensured large customer names display correctly in Top 10 Customer chart.
    • Enlarged Job Portal logo for better visibility.

Reporting & Exports

  • Date Type Reports
    • Included “E-verify Independent Task” completion dates alongside standard E-verify tasks.
  • Background Check Downloads
    • Corrected overlapping content in PeopleG2 background check PDFs.
  • RMS Drop-Downs
    • Expanded suggestion limits beyond the first 100 items.
  • Related Offices
    • Fixed missing office suggestions in Report parameter dropdowns.

Miscellaneous Fixes

  • Shared entities now appear correctly in JSM shortlist across offices.
  • Rate-Change dialog only appears when job rate is actually modified.
  • Directory comments no longer retain previous inputs between actions.
  • Attachment removal works as expected in Assessment forms.
  • PAI EL Change imports now map deductions to the correct company’s employee.
  • When using the Next/Previous arrows being in Comment page, the displayed Organization and Office now correctly update as per the entity displayed.
