# Invoice Management System

## Invoice Management System (IMS)

The following features have been added in IMS:

### Restriction on Modifying Time Entries Beyond Assignment End Date

Users will now receive a warning exception if they have any duplicate attachments in the invoice before invoice posting. This helps user to know about the duplicate attachment uploaded.

### Merged Timesheet and Invoice Attachments

To prevent the invoices from being attached with duplicate file attachments, the system now merges the timesheet attachments to the corresponding invoice. This will help to identify any duplicate attachments attached in both transaction and invoice and eradicate them before sending an email.
