Employee Information System (EIS)

The following features have been added to the Employee Information System (EIS):

Removed the N/A value of the I-9 form and kept it as blank

When users leave the fields in the i9 empty, the fields will be displayed as blanks. This will help comply with the I-9 regulations.

Modifications to Employee Accrual Adjustment

Users can now experience the following updates to the Employee Accrual Adjustment.

  • The note field when adjusting accrual of an employee from Payroll tab in entity detail of EIS is now made mandatory.

  • The “unit” field now does not accept negative value if the accrual action is “Accrue”. If the user wants to decrease the accrued units, then the “Deplete” action is suggested to use.

Also, the system now checks for any violation in pay period limit, monthly limit, yearly limit or maximum balance constraint when adjusting accrued units. The system only shows a warning message if the employee is assigned any accrual tier.
