# Account Receivable System

## Account Receivable System (ARS)

The following are the changes made in ARS:

### Updated the warning exception when the previous balance is not used so that it will not be included for Voided payments.

Users are alerted with a warning exception message in cases where there exists an unutilized balance within the payment process. This message serves to prompt users to review the situation and take necessary actions promptly, ensuring they are informed about any remaining balance that requires attention. With the new update, this exception will not be triggered for voided payments.
