The following are the features added to Reports Management System (RMS):

Addition of “Entered By” column option in “Contact” report builder template

A new column option “Entered By” has been added in the “Contact” template in report builder to display the Entered By user role tagged to the contact. 

Added Specialization Column to Report Builder Templates 

Allow users to view and pull specialization data directly from the system for detailed and relevant reporting by adding the Specialization column to the Applicant, Newhire, and Employee report templates.

    1. The Specialization column is visible and selectable when customizing or building reports in the report builder.

  • Users can easily include specialization data in reports for applicants, new hires, and employees.
  • Reports are accurate and relevant by pulling data from the system’s Specialization field. 

 Added Advance Transaction Code in "Cash Requirement" Report 

Added the Advance Transaction Code to the "Cash Requirement" report for improved tracking and financial planning.

Feature Details

  1. New Column Addition
    1. Added a column for Advance Transaction Code to the "Cash Requirement" report.
    2. Data for this column is retrieved from the Transaction Code table.

Expected Outcomes

  • The Advance Transaction Code is displayed in the "Cash Requirement" report.
  • Enhanced efficiency in tracking and managing advance transactions for financial planning.

 

Addition of Invoice Number and Job Id for "Transaction Item Sales Tax" Template

Two new column options, “Invoice Number” and “Job ID” has been added in the “Transaction Item Sales Tax” report template. The invoice number will provide the generated invoice number and the Job ID column will provide the ID of respective job for which the transaction was created.

 

Introduction of “Entered By” and “Stage” column option in “Lead” and “Target” report builder template

We have introduced two new column options, “Entered By” and “Stage” in Lead and Target template in report builder. The “Entered By” column will contain the name of user who added the lead/target and the “Stage” will provide the current workflow stage.

 

Introduction of “Sales Level”, “Entity” and “Entered By” column option in “Customer” report builder template

We have introduced three new column options in Customer template available in report builder: “Sales Level” that would provide the sales level of client tagged in the sales profile of respective client, “Entity” that would provide the application name the customer resides currently, and “Entered By” that would provide the name of user tagged as “Entered By” in client’s user role. 

Added “Days on Assignment” column in Assignment List report

A new column “Days on Assignment” is added to the assignment list report that would provide the number of days the person has been working in the enlisted assignment. Basically, the number of days on assignment is calculated as the difference (in days) between assignment start date and today. 

Update SSN Format in IL Suta Tax Summary Report 

The "IL Suta Tax Summary" report is updated to display SSNs in the standard format (XXX-XX-XXXX) with hyphens automatically applied. This formatting will ensure clarity, compliance, and consistency across web, mobile, and exported versions of the report. 

Added "Note" Column to Transaction Item Template 

Added a "Note" column to the Transaction Item template in the report builder, allowing users to include relevant notes and details in their reports. The column pull data from the corresponding "Note" field in the system, which can be visible and selectable in the report builder, and function seamlessly across web, mobile, and exported report formats for enhanced customization and usability. 

Added "Rehired Date" Column to Employee Report Template


 The "Rehired Date" column is added as an optional field in the Employee report template within the report builder, allowing users to track rehire dates for employees. When included, the column will display accurate rehire dates, if applicable, and can be saved as part of the report template for consistent future use. This enhancement ensures better data visibility and reporting efficiency.
