The following are the features added to Admin Tool Management:

Added “Custom” sub-navigation in “Others” navigation for Office and Office Staff 

We have added a new sub-navigation “Custom” under the “Others” navigation of Office and Office Staff menu in ATM > Settings.

These navigations are introduced to store any custom information related to office and office staffs. The following fields are made available:

Fields in “Custom” sub navigation available in both the locations are:

Users can also add new labels to the custom values by adding a list item under “Custom” category that relates to Office and Office Staff respectively. 

Import and Export Occupational Code in ATM

Enable users to import and export Occupational Codes in ATM for efficient data management.

Feature Details

1. Import and Export Functionality
   1. Provide options to import and export Occupational Codes in ATM.
   2. Export all data related to "Skill," whether linked to Occupational Codes or not.
2. Columns for Import and Export
   1. Skill ID
   2. Skill
   3. Skill Type
   4. Occupational Code
   5. Description
   6. Level
3. Behavior and Mapping
   1. If an Occupational Code does not exist, it is added to the system.
   2. Connect Skills with Occupational Codes through import mapping using Skill ID, Skill, and Skill Type.
4. Import Exceptions
   1. Missing required fields: Skill ID, Skill, or Skill Type.
   2. Mismatch between Skill ID and Skill/Skill Type.
   3. Skill ID not found in the system.
   4. Invalid Level value.
   5. If the Occupational Code exists but the Level differs, it is inserted as new data instead of updating.

• Accurate mapping of imported data with system records.
• Clear error handling during the import process.
