# Employee Information System (EIS)

## Features added to EIS

The following features have been added to Employee Information System (EIS).

### Added ACA Eligible Tile in Employee Information System (EIS)

The ACA Eligible Tile is now available in the Employee Information System (EIS), designed to help users manage ACA-eligible employees who currently have no recorded ACA status.

ACA Eligibility Criteria:

The ACA Eligible Tile displays employees who meet the following criteria:

- Eligible for ACA based on these option properties:
  1. ACAEligibleAvgHours
  2. ACAEligibleCountWeek
  3. ACATerminationCountWeek
- No Termination Date in the past.

#### New Custom Category:

A new Custom Category titled Insurance Eligible has been added under the ACA category to categorize employees based on ACA insurance election.

This category includes the following values:

- Elected
- Declined

#### Additional Conditions:

If insurance eligibility status already exists (Elected or Declined), the employee will be excluded from the ACA Eligible Tile.

Insurance Eligible status within this Custom Category is pre-filled based on existing Health Insurance tasks for ease of setup and management.
