Global Search & Navigation

  • Fixed Next and Previous page buttons in Global Search to properly update results and pagination counters.
  • Corrected Contact detail navigation to always refresh with current data.
  • Resolved an error in ZenAI NLP Search when selecting “All” in the pagination dropdown.
  • Improved loading speed for the “Additional Parameters” form in global search.
  • Fixed task navigation restrictions, allowing users to view or edit entities regardless of previous task types.

 Email & Communication

  • Fixed validation allowing users to resubmit the “Add as Comment” form after correcting missing fields.
  • Updated email validation to support newer domain extensions like .contractors and .agency.
  • Prevented duplicate text messages from being sent when pressing Enter multiple times.

Reports, Data Export & Report Builder

  • Improved CSV exports from Paginated Reports for correct formatting and headers.
  • Adjusted report subscription parameters to correctly reference accounting periods.
  • Enabled multi-select parameters in the Payment Accrual report for better filtering.
  • Fixed report refresh issues when switching customer dropdowns.
  • Allowed subscriptions to reports with hidden parameters without errors.
  • Ensured report filters update correctly after configuration changes.

 Accounting Period, Timekeeping & Time Clock

  • Fixed display of “To Be Open” Accounting Periods in the Timesheet module.
  • Corrected outdated clock-out options shown to employees after updates.
  • Resolved missing transaction details on the Admin Summary page with all counts matching correctly.
  • Prevented time entries from being tagged to inactive timeclocks after warnings.
  • Fixed errors caused by multiple timeclocks sharing the same address.
  • Bill and pay units in overtime sections now correctly update total hours.
  • Bill rate fields no longer auto-populate after being cleared unless explicitly defined.

Job, Assignment & Pay Rate

  • New job types now appear correctly in all related tables and reports.
  • Fixed updated overtime pay and bill rates not displaying after edits.
  • Corrected employee status updates to prevent marking future assignments as rehires.
  • Hire date calculations now respect the I-9 completion date, even when payroll is posted immediately.

 Employee Portal, Tasks & Contact Experience

  • Reassigned rejected tasks now appear as pending rather than completed.
  • Fixed an iOS issue where the “Next” button became unclickable after completing WOTC forms.
  • Pay History now sorts correctly by check date.
  • Fixed timezone issues for schedule dates submitted through the Contact Portal.
  • Fixed mobile-specific issues preventing continuation after completing WOTC forms.

Bulk Correction & User Interface

  • Save buttons remain visible during bulk corrections, even with large batches.
  • System icons and visuals now load reliably without delays or placeholder symbols.

TMS & Transaction Batch Updates

  • Fixed transaction batches incorrectly linked to unselected offices.
  • Corrected unnecessary rate update prompts in job edit forms.
  • Ensured consistent handling and removal of bill rate data.

Other Fixes

  • “Pay Card” account type now restricted to banks with valid configurations.
  • Optimized assessment and user role reports.
  • Fixed data inconsistencies caused by duplicate columns in customer reports.
  • Ensured payment balance updates occur in real-time during AR Batch discard processes.
  • The Graduation Year is now mandatory in the Standard Education form when the user selects "Has completed graduation?".
  • Email fields now properly included in data sent to AccuSource for background checks.
  • Transit taxes applied based on worksite location instead of employee residence.
